RAG Instore Returns:
Exchange or Store Credit can be made til the last day of the same calendar month in which the product has been purchased.
RAG Online Shop Returns:
A refund of your product (excluding shipping fees) can be made within 60 days of your purchase. Please email b@ragsf.com to request a refund. Returns can be mailed directly to the designer's adddress on the Invoice or to RAG Co-op, 541 Octavia St, San Francisco, CA 94102.
After 60 days RAG will issue only Store Credit or an Exchange can be made for this product.
